Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal’s vibrant capital city. You will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, meet your guide and enjoy a briefing about the trek.

Day 2: Kathmandu City Tour and Trek Preparation
Take a guided tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa. Prepare for the trek and check your gear.

Meals: Breakfast
Day 3: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m) – one of the world’s most thrilling flights! After reaching Lukla, begin your trek to Phakding (2,610m), passing through lush forests and beautiful villages.

Trek Duration: 3-4 hours
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River before ascending to Namche Bazaar (3,440m), the bustling Sherpa hub and trekking gateway.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
A rest day to help you acclimatize. Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and other peaks.

Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Trek through rhododendron forests and across meadows, enjoying views of Everest, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery.

Day 7: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche
Continue your trek to Dingboche (4,410m), passing through beautiful villages and offering spectacular views of Ama Dablam.

Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Another acclimatization day, where you can take a short hike to Nagarjun Hill for stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 9: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche
Trek towards Lobuche (4,940m), with magnificent views of Khumbutse, Pumori, and other peaks.

Trek Duration: 5-6 hours

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp
Today, you reach Everest Base Camp (5,364m)! Celebrate your arrival and enjoy the stunning views of Everest, Khumbu Icefall, and surrounding peaks.

Trek Duration: 7-8 hours
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Day 11: Trek to Gorak Shep and Hike to Kala Patthar
After visiting Everest Base Camp, head to Gorak Shep (5,164m) for overnight accommodation. Later, trek to Kala Patthar (5,545m) for the best panoramic views of Mount Everest.

Trek Duration: 7-8 hours
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Day 12: Trek from Gorak Shep to Pheriche
After taking in the views, descend towards Pheriche (4,240m) and enjoy a relaxed evening in the peaceful village.

Day 13: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar
Retrace your steps back to Namche Bazaar, where you can enjoy a celebratory meal after completing the trek.

Day 14: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla and Fly to Kathmandu
Descend back to Lukla, where you will catch a flight back to Kathmandu. Once in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
