Stock Brokers Association of Nepal (SBAN) was registered on 25/01/2051 under Kathmandu Chief District Officer by the stock broker companies of Nepal. The main purpose of establishing SBAN is to create unity, solidarity and healthy communication among the members and to make their reasonable interest reachable to the concerned authorities, investors and the public which ultimately helps to make Nepalese Capital Market stronger. It is situated at the heart of Kathmandu i.e Putalisadak with the aim to make it convenient for it members to hold meetings and discussions whenever needed. There are all together 50 stock broker firms in Nepal with 41 branches outside the valley and all the 50 brokers are members of SBAN.
I am proud to be elected the president of Stock Brokers Association of Nepal for the 2nd consecutive term, and I assure you that I’ll work to my level best.As a president I will continue to communicate with you all on the ongoing issues and will hope for your active participation as always. We established this organization with a purpose of promoting a healthy relation and networking between our members and this is only possible with your valuable inputs and feedbacks. This also enables us to work for a successful and bright future. Our market and our association have come a long way in the past few years. This success didn’t just happen. It is because of the great amount of hard work, time and effort put in by each one of you that has given us recognition and we have been an integral part of today’s share market. So, all of you members deserve gratitude and thanks. I ask for your support in the years ahead to keep our market and our association strong.
